Why you should read? – Ever had to drag yourself into work thinking I would rather be anywhere on the planet other than here?

Hello readers,

[The Noise] “I am not convinced you’re listening to me”, another unexpected remark coming from the lips of my superior. “You did it this way, even though I have told you 5 or 6 times before to not do it like that”.

[Your brain] Again you eagerly listen, attempting to find order in the relentless hum of confidential chatter… You apologise, surprised yourself you have not yet realised your potential, despite your best efforts.

[The Noise] “So what are your goals?”, “I need to see evidence of your learning”, “have you updated the board?”.

[Your brain] You tell yourself you must try harder, I’m tired, I’m tired, you must try harder, there it is again, the last crossing till I get to work.

[The Noise] “So have you decided on all these plans?” “What happened yesterday?” “Did you have a nice morning?”

[Your brain] You feel warmth seeping through your body, you are now outside your workplace. You check your watch for the 15th time, yep still early, a small droplet of security before the fear returns.

[The Noise] “I will see you soon” “lets carry on when we left off yesterday” “would you like to lead this time?” “feel free to speak up in meetings”.

[Your brain] There you are, all your possessions laid out neatly on the changing room floor, a moment of satisfaction lightly soothes your brain, fading away into the realisation the control is soon to expire.

[The Noise] “Good morning”

[Your brain] Someone you pass on your way in, appearing either positive or dutiful, “Morning” you force out in an acceptably happy tone.

[The Noise] “Welcome to the ward”

[Your watch] “You will soon have company”

[Your brain] The warmth intensifies to heat … “Get on with your job immediately and you may calm down again”

[A helpful person] “So have you decided on all these plans?” “What happened yesterday?” “Did you have a nice morning?” “have you updated the board?”.

[Your brain] And so it begins… “well…”

The above has been the first 2 hours of my day during the week every day for the past 4 weeks. Days have been progressively getting apparently longer, accompanied by more and more difficulty in terms of physical health. All this has been in an attempt to further my career by passing something. I won’t be specific as I want this to help those in relatable situations, not just in the exact same thing.

My one pearl of wisdom if you are able would be to be honest with yourself about what is most important to you. You may believe you have to do something for your own development, but there is a fine line between development and destruction. Both involve change over time, and if something starts off being developed, like every person, the circle of life means eventually everything unravels.

Without appearing too cryptic, if you are suffering, you may wish to keep ploughing through to get to the other side, but when undergoing change, unless you have got to the other side, you don’t know the grass is greener there. If you do make it through to the greener grass if it exists, if you are destroyed or close by that point, you probably won’t be able to eat any grass at all, you may as-well have made do with the shorter yellow grass you began with. Perhaps your friends were there. Maybe to them it wasn’t yellow… Lusher pastures can be a lonely place, and with better quality grass comes higher expectations when it comes to audit … Suddenly that yellow grass may look a little greener…

Apologies for the ramblings about grass and psychology, but perhaps it may help the slightly eccentric few of you, amongst my readership, let me know in comments if this kind of “off the wall” content appeals to you.

Thanks for reading… Have a great weekend!!

Closing statement

Reaseaorg blog is working on its content to enhance viewer experience. Over the previous few years, we have been gaining momentum until recently, and are currently looking at ways to continue to improve user experience of our blog.

We deeply thank all 49 of our followers, especially those who are still reading at this point in this article. You really do shape our content, and maintain our focus on producing content which appeals to our audience. Based on WordPress insights, we have learnt that certain types of product reviews are most popular, and our movie reviews are in need of the greatest modification to enhance viewing statistics.

Please feel free to advertise related content in the comments below, but all I ask is that you please be respectful. I have had some comments in the previous few months, which have gone against the spirit of my blog.

That is to be a friendly place for fans of Horror, movies, drinks, and adventures, and particularly those who are interested in writing or reading engaging content.

It is not a place for those who posted links of an explicit nature, reducing visibility of helpful comments, providing insight for my future blog writing.

I thank all of those who have liked my articles, but I won’t ask you to press like on any of my content, unless you do actually like it, as it helps me to gather further accurate information about the types of articles you, the reader, actually would like to see moving forward.

Please comment below with ideas for future content, or any thoughts not covered by the points outlined above.

I will continue to post this statement on articles to come, to ensure optimal visibility for viewers. A big thank you to Neil Patel, for producing a helpful video on search engine optimisation (SEO), to assist my content popularity. I hope it helps anyone else who has content online to get their voice heard, be it through writing or video, or other creative forms of expression online.

Link to SEO video for those interest in getting more blog views here!!

Based on insights gained, I have increased my blog content article length, introduced a “food for thought” section to encourage creator-viewer engagement, introduced a “why you should read” tag-line under each article title, added a closing statement which will be used on future articles for the same purpose of updating you on how the blog is progressing, and increased content from my critical eye.

  1. Nothing in this post is “off the wall” to me.

    It registers and is relatable.

I am by nature an unconventional person so I can see and analyze from all aspects.

    I understand completely.

    Great post!
